I don't tink it is too unrealistic at all. Personally I would like to trade for someone a lot younger, but it does make sense. It would take TT, though. But KeSler isn't a rental. He is here until 2016. His cap hit is only 5 million so if you trade Bickell in the deal we could still afford Toews and Kane. It is really the splash I can see them doing. Plus with Kane campaigning for him that really is big |

This! Plus there's no way to fit him under the cap. It's a pipe dream to have a legit 2nd line center but in the cap world you deal with what you can afford.

I'm pretty sure Crawford and Raanta are both serviceable enough to win another Cup with. And offense? Hossa isn't the only offense on this team. Unlike with Mary Kate and Ashley Sedin. |
